Questions

Tax returns: common questions

When should I send my documents?

As soon as you have them, ideally by mid-March. We take on returns all season, and file an extension if we need to so you’re never late.

Do you guarantee a refund?

Nobody honest can. We make sure you claim every deduction and credit you’re entitled to, and that the return is accurate.

What if I get audited?

If the IRS questions a return we prepared, we help you respond. Representation in a full audit is quoted separately.
