Behind on the books?

From shoebox to squared away.

Most new clients arrive months behind, with receipts in a drawer and a spreadsheet they gave up on. That’s fine. We catch you up at a fixed price, then keep it that way every month.

  • Bank and card accounts reconciled
  • Every transaction in the right category
  • A profit figure you can trust, every month

Straight answers

Questions people ask first

My books are a mess. Will you judge me?

Not even slightly. Most new clients arrive with a shoebox, a spreadsheet they gave up on in March, or both. We’ll catch you up first, at a fixed price, and keep it tidy from then on.

How much will it cost?

We quote a fixed fee after the free consultation, based on what you need, not an hourly rate. You can see our starting prices on the pricing page.

Do I have to come into the office?

No. Most clients never do. We work by phone, video and our secure client portal, so we can work with you anywhere in the US.

How do I send you my documents safely?

Through our encrypted client portal. Please never email Social Security numbers or tax documents, or send them through this website.

Can you take over from my current accountant mid-year?

Yes. We’ll get what we need from them and make sure nothing falls through the gap, including any deadlines coming up.

What software do you use?

We work in QuickBooks Online and Xero, and can usually work with whatever you already use. We’ll tell you honestly if a switch would save you time or money.
