Questions about fees

Why fixed fees instead of hourly?

So you can ask a question without worrying about the meter running, and so you know the cost before you commit. If your needs change, we agree a new fee with you first.

What isn’t included?

Anything outside the agreed scope, like an audit defense or catching up years of missing books, is quoted separately and in writing before we start.

Is there a contract?

Monthly plans run month to month after the first three months. You can stop with 30 days’ notice, and we hand over your books in good order.

Are your fees tax-deductible?

Accounting and tax preparation fees for your business are generally a deductible business expense. We’ll put them in the right category.
